James J. Arndt

Jim Arndt has left the building. Content with what he accomplished during 37 years of practicing law, he retired at the end of 2019.
Jim still enthusiastically supports Danborn, Thiessen & Dunham P.C. He believes Bob Frie, Paul Danborn and Patrick Thiessen provide legal representation of the highest quality to be found anywhere. Smart lawyers all, and he will miss them.
While no longer actively practicing, Jim remains an invaluable resource to all the attorneys in the firm. He greatly enjoys puzzling through a tangled fact pattern and piecing together a legal strategy that best serves the firm’s clients. The firm wishes him well.
Background
Jim is a native Coloradan. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado starting in 1967 and finishing in 1971. Those years were a singularly spectacular time to attend college.
Jim enjoys a diverse work background, including working for the United States Forest Service and Holubar Mountaineering. He enjoys time with his family, mountain biking, pond kayaking, yoga, and traveling to remote areas for peace and quiet.
